Bachelor of Science Degree from San Jose University
in Business with a major and concentration of study
in the field of real estate. She is a REALTOR (r)
member of the Peninsula West Valley Association
of Realtors, San Jose Real Estate Board, San
Francisco Real Estate Board, Tri County Apartment
Association, National Association of Realtors,
Real Estate Certificate Institute and other exchange
groups throughout the Bay Area.
B. DRIEDGER, Vice President of Associated
Capital Consultants, Inc. has been involved in
many aspects of the real estate field since 1970.
He was also involved in land development and residential
construction in Santa Cruz County for a period
of five years, handling the acquisition and
subdivision of unimproved land as well as the
development and sale of single family homes. Mr.
Driedger also taught for a period of ten years
in the San Jose Union School District, where he
was the chairman of the Science Department for
Dartmouth Junior High School. He holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Biological Science as well
as a California teaching Credential from San Jose
State University. Mr. Driedger currently holds
a California Real Estate License, a California
General Contractor's License and is an
Associate Financial Planner. And in his
spare time, he volunteers and teaches
Science lessons at
Woodside Parents Nursery School.
